WOW! How great is this colour combo from the super talented Delys, over at JAI. I am not normally this organised, but I just had to play as I loooooooooove these colours. Yes I know... it is not orange, but I still love these colours. They just remind me of a cute little garden, so I couldn't resist using Cottage Garden and the matching retired DSP. I based it on a Mojo Monday sketch I had saved from last week that caught my eye. Hi everybody on this overcast and cold Sunday afternoon. It has been a great stampin' and movie day today, hope you are having a good one. It was a nice relaxing afternoon yesterday making some nice cards so waving at ya girls!!! A few regulars away so we will catch up at the next one, male cards next time girls.
I decided to make white and vanilla cards the theme of the day for something different. I think alot of us tend to gravitate straight to a colour for the card, I know I do. A big thanks also to Ann De Losh for a CASE on Card 2 and to Nic & Shell for a loan of a punch and stamp set. I was happy with the results I hope you like them too!!!

Thanks to Keesh for a beautiful sketch this week, it has been ages since I have played, and also to Renee for hosting this week. I had a sit down this afternoon and this took me no time at all, so I have now come to the conclusion Sketch Challenges are more for me than colour ones generally. See previous post for 5 day marathon on colour sketch(yes I know, lock me up!!!).
The flowers are done by colouring 1/2 the flower out of Cottage Garden stamp set then cutting and popping up. They look like the flowers in the DSP I thought.
I loved this one so I hope you do too.

Well I've finally decided to do it, that is, join in on the Mojo Monday challenges in the US. I have always looked and looked and looked every week at all the entries and never backed myself to join in. The entries are amazing, pop in and have a look the link is on my side bar. I just had a wonderful morning with my gorgeous upline and friend Megan. It was a great catch up as we hadn't made our jaws sore for a few weeks and I missed it!!! Anyway we caught up at Casuarina for coffee and I had Blueberry pancakes which Megan kindly helped me finish...what a girl!!! Megan loves Raspberry Tart DSP and I thought I would make her a card for her birthday which is on Friday.
