Hi Girls, I'M BACK!!! I'm sure the few of you who read my blog, didn't even notice I was gone. On the 1st of July my beautiful daughter Allie turned 12, and she had a bit of a celebration. On the last day of school we had 12 of her friends over for some blue team V red team challenges. What a great time they had, noisy but fabbo. We had masterchef challenges, How well do you know Allie quiz?, singstar and a few others. After all the fun was over we shipped them out after dinner and her bestie Billi stayed over and I took them shopping and to the movies the next day. Thanks for staying Billi and making Allie's day special...you rock!!!
Below is the card I made Allie with her fave stamp set and her lollie bags. The invites and lollie bags Allie made were all pink and blue similar to the picture on her card. Everything all matched of course and the girls loved them. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALLIE, we love you lots and we know you enjoyed your birthday week!

Hi everybody on this overcast and cold Sunday afternoon. It has been a great stampin' and movie day today, hope you are having a good one. It was a nice relaxing afternoon yesterday making some nice cards so waving at ya girls!!! A few regulars away so we will catch up at the next one, male cards next time girls.
I decided to make white and vanilla cards the theme of the day for something different. I think alot of us tend to gravitate straight to a colour for the card, I know I do. A big thanks also to Ann De Losh for a CASE on Card 2 and to Nic & Shell for a loan of a punch and stamp set. I was happy with the results I hope you like them too!!!

WOW!!! Three posts in one day, that is a record. It must have been the run (yes the run) I went for this morning, I think it unleashed my creative juices. I ran for about 30 min, however I did walk up one hill and down one staight to ready myself for next hill, so that's not too bad for me. I think PT girl will be amazed!!!
Anyhoo back to the card, I hope you like it and I had heaps of fun creating it. Thanks to the girls at Mojo Monday for a great sketch challenge. This was my second attempt, you don't want to see my first one unless you want a good laugh.

This was a great simple challenge from the girls over at JAI. I decided that I would use a stamp set that hasn't been inked for a long time. It was a quick fun one and I hope the recipients Ang & Craig will love it too. They became grandparents last week to a gorgeous little girl Shelby.

It's amazing what happens when you are inspired!!! Two posts in one day, more than I've done in the last year. I thought I would show you some cards from retreat. The 1st photo is our shoe box swaps, there is a couple of them missing in action.
The 2nd card is done with Inspired By Nature which was a colour challenge. We were using Baja Breeze, Certainly Celery, Old Olive and Barely Banana. This challenge took me 10 min to do and 5 hours of doing my head in. We were all trying to use different stamp sets and this I thought of straight away, until I saw Tina using the stamp set. Anyhoo... long story short our cards were nothing alike and I loved how it turned out. Tina did an amazing job of hers.
The 3rd card is my cute Easter Bunny shoe box swap. I used Choc Chip, Whisper White Sweet Always DSP, Scallop Circle, Scallop Oval, Wide Oval, Scallop Edge punches.

Thought I would give water spritzing a go as from other girls blogs it gives a great effect to some stamps. Inspired by Nature is one stamp set not normally my style but I am just lovin' it. I can't believe I have made 2 pink cards in one day.....MMMMM I think my orange and green glands will need a refill soon. Be on the look out for those colours soon!!!!

Rose Red, Pink Pirouette, Whisper White Card stock, Rose Red, Regal Rose, Certainly Celery marker pens, Pink Pirouette stamp pad, Cert Cel & Pretty in Pink chalks and Pink Pirouette ribbon. Water spritzer bottle.
A really super quick card to whip up in a hurry.
